Only the tourist tax is added to the stay price. The €500 security deposit is refundable under the conditions below.

Conditions
- 30% deposit at booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
- €500 security deposit by bank transfer before arrival, refunded within 7 days of the check-out inspection.
- Local tourist tax: €1 per person per night, payable on site (Comune di Sant'Antioco, 2026 rate).
- Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
- Capacity: up to 4 guests — 2 bedrooms (king-size 180 cm bed and 140 cm bed). Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, comfortable for 4 adults too.
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in July-August, 3 nights the rest of the year.
- July and August: −5% for 2 weeks, −10% for 3 weeks. Other listed periods: −10% for 2 weeks, −15% for 3 weeks. Discounts cannot be combined; stays spanning two periods are quoted individually.
- Cancellation: up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded. Between 60 and 30 days, the deposit is retained. Less than 30 days before arrival, the stay is due in full — unless we re-let the same dates, in which case the amount is refunded to you.
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance on your side.
